Support requests are subject to our hourly rate and are handled in the order received. You can expect requests to be completed within 3 business days, sometimes sooner. The helpdesk rate is $40/hr. If your request needs more than 3 hours to complete, our team will notify you before starting the request. All other requests 3 hours or lower in scope will automatically be billed the standard rate. 

Need it done ASAP?

Move to the top of the queue by selecting RUSH, and we’ll get your request done by the end of the next business day. A Rush Support Fee of $80 will be applied in addition to our hourly rate.

Have a Service Agreement?

If you have a service agreement you will be billed in accordance with your service agreement.
